Everyone wins. Suspect off the streets for the price of one round of .45 ACP and Antifa gets a martyr. I suppose a trial would have been a nice way to establish actual guilt.

In my few months rotation in a Boston hospital there were a lot of Filipino nurses. Similar facial appearance and height. My memory bank does not recall any with a tremendous rack such as “Pandora” is sporting which is why they were probably nursing and not posting selfies on exotic Pacific islands.

  10. Comment by Jimbro on September 4, 2020 7:16 am

I read smoothie as hootchie first time through

My doctor, from about 2000 to 2012, was a Philapina lady. She was about 4’8″. When she came in the examining room and I was sitting down we were about face to face. When I stood to be respectful and shake her hand, the top of her head was about the level of my nipples and it made me feel like I was being disrespectful to her by not being face to face. It was a weird conundrum. I loved her little sing-song style of speaking. Made me think about doing sexy time with her.

  12. Comment by Pendejo on September 4, 2020 7:32 am

A better word for “think” would’ve been fantasize.

So the question is, when we start doing subtraction, is Red positive (like a battery terminal) or negative (like a budget spreadsheet)?

  17. Comment by Colorado Alex In Exile on September 4, 2020 8:29 am

    Negative.

  18. Comment by Colorado Alex In Exile on September 4, 2020 8:31 am

The Atlantic story is so stupid. The fact that they pushed it out now suggests that they are desperate. Biden’s recent performance must have the media rattled.

  19. Comment by leoncaruthers on September 4, 2020 8:32 am

I’m leaning that way too. The standard for batteries is sort of an outlier, and she’s much more likely to see accounting or hear business terms like “in the red” and needs to know what that means.

I’m guessing you’ll agree here, but looking at this guy as a martyr is a slap in the face of objective truth.

He just shot the guy. Political murder is still murder and watching these antifags hold him up as a hero turns my stomach.

Pelican style case, 4 mags, two mag extensions, changeable grip swells, laser light combo, pistol holster and mag carrier.

Gonna put him through the paces with it and work on some two man fire and maneuver with the ARs.

I was watching the local news, some high school Karen took a picture of what her school looked like during class changes…..which looked like what normal schools look like during class changes, organized chaos with masks….and she has been complaining on social media and – the news – that noone is social distancing.

This is out in a nearby district since we are not totally insane on this side of the river. We opened our schools with online options, which this Karen should have taken advantage of. Idiot child.

anyone have any ideas on how to tell my tiny, tiny, tiny freshman son that perhaps football isn’t his cup of tea? He’s in the 7th percentile in height for his age…and doesn’t weigh much either. His coaches always say, “The kids got heart though”
aaaaaaaaaaaaand I’m on hold with Kaiser with what is probably his 5th? broken bone from football
    he needs to..golf
he will hear none of it. Football is his passion and he doesn’t care how many bones he breaks, thing is, it’s not like anything extreme is happening, the boy is just what’s that Italian word? Fragile?

How’s his 100 yard dash? Unless he’s remarkably fast for a short guy, he’s got no bidness in football.

As a stubby fellow myself, I’d suggest wrestling or gymnastics. Maybe show him some BarStarz videos.

My brother had a tumor removed from his tibia, when he was 10. Spent a year in a cast. Metal plate in his leg. Broke 3 casts playing soccer, football, and basketball, in his cast. We moved to TX. He was short. Fragile. Wanted to play football. It was TX. My mom “Knew” that any Dr with the ability to read xrays, would’ve put the kibosh on his FB Dreams. School sent him to the “Football Dr”. He approved. My brother played FB for 2 years. Finally, had to choose between baseball and football. Seasons overlapped.

Its my personal range. Not open to public. I can go out to about 120yrds and have enough space to setup barricades and vehicle ops.

Low left (if you are right hand dominant) is normally a grip or trigger control issue.

    1. Don’t over grip with your trigger hand. You want your trigger finger independent from the rest. The three fingers on the grip are pulling back and up using about 80% of your grip strength. Your support hand can (generally speaking) grip as strong as you want.

    2. Stay with your front sight all the way through your trigger press. Don’t look for your hits until after you’ve shot and re- aquired your front site. In your mind you should be ..front sight, front sight, press, frontsight, Bang, front sight, look at target.

    3. Adjust the amount of finger on the trigger. Lots of folks use too much or too little

Stance, grip, trigger control, follow through. When you go to qual dont let any time factor stress you. Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast. Breathe and don’t worry about anyone else’s pace. There will be people rushing their shots, there is a inclination to keep the rhythm, you do you.

Holler if you have any questions I’ll do my best to get you a answer

  123. Comment by Jimbro on September 4, 2020 6:07 pm

What bone did he break? How about the previous ones?

I’ve had a few kids over the years who have broken many bones during sports. Most of them were minor ones that just needed a cast. After the ones that need surgery a lot of the kids self direct to other sports. I had a hockey playing girl who played on the boy’s team and she broke her wrist 4 or 5 times with the last one needing pins. She played on scholarship at UMO so she beat the odds. (Not to discount it but women’s college isn’t exactly busting at the seams with participants and she was smart in school as well as life to use that to her advantage for 4 free years of college).

Heading out to the farm now to feed the horses. Kids went camping. Why they would go camping on the busiest camping day of the year is beyond me…then again my idea of camping is packing a ruck and walking in the woods for awhile before setting up camp, not hanging outside a RV in a RV park.

    NC Concealed Carry Handgun Class
NRA, NCDOJ, & USCCA Certified Experienced Female Instructor.

This class teaches you all the required information on the laws governing NC Use Of Deadly Force, concealed carry statute, where you can and cannot carry a handgun & other relevant issues. This class covers the fundamentals of gun operation, personal protection with the use of a handgun, gun safety, ammunition, and shooting techniques.

You will learn additional information about your 2nd Amendment rights and how to protect them. This class also provides a written exam and the shooting qualification exam given at our PRIVATE firing range for shooting distances 3 yards, 5 yards, & 7 yards. We also teach an added curriculum of what to do after a shooting.

All day from 9 to 6:30, $50. Class size looks to be 10-12 from posted pictures.

MJ, definetly put a dot optic on the Kriss. A simple 1x is perfect for 9 or 45. I run Romeo 5s on my AR pistols. I’m building a 18 inch bull barrel for longer distances. Regarding the 700 if im not mistaken it was the go to platform for a long time for .mil. i couldve sworn there was some controversy regarding a mechanical failure a few years back. I would check that before purchasing but as far as I know its still a good platform. Long Range precision is not within my skill sets yet. I can hit out to 600 pretty consistently but after that not so much. I like the 308 but I would also consider some of the “newer” calibers like 6.5 family etc.

Pups thats alot of info to be delivering in a short time. Illinois mandates a 16hr class and its challenging to get it all out there in that time frame. With that said, the price is right. I would imagine they offer a intermediate class that covers the subject matter more deeply. If you decide to go with USCCA let me know, I get a kickback for referrals.

I zeroed it at 100 and shot a few at 300 and that was all I ever fired through it. It was very accurate, perhaps not 1000 yds accurate but I would not know. 168. Comment by Will on September 4, 2020 11:46 pm

MJ, it mostly depends on what you consider long range. Most quality hunting rifles can reach out to 1000 yards with the right caliber and scope. 308 has been doing the trick for years. 6.5 Creedmoor is the current popular long range round. You can still find it on the shelf just about everywhere, and it’s got good ballistics out to ~1200 yards. Further with careful loading. 223 is a little light for long range. Low ballistic coefficients lead to rapid deceleration of the bullet.

A 3-9×40 scope with good glass should be easily good out to 500-600 yards. Beyond that, you may want to consider more magnification, which usually means bigger glass (4.5-24×50 etc).

Rule of thumb I’ve read in a couple places is spend at least as much on the scope as you do the rifle. Preferably more. You can always move an awesome scope to an upgraded rifle.

I’ve long had plans to go out beyond 1000. I bought one of these in 338 Lapua and put a Nightforce scope on it, but feeding the thing is expensive and it’s difficult to find anywhere to really stretch it out without lots of land or connections.
