  1. Totally failing my Turkey Tolerance Test.

We made turkey on Sunday and I’ve had it for dinner 3 days in a row. Paula joined me once. She mentioned getting haddock for dinner and I jumped at the idea and enthusiastically supported it.

Probably one more go around in a casserole with egg noodles and cream of something soup

  2. We sent leftovers home with Hannah , and then a big helping to my mom. That’s how you get rid of leftovers.

    wakey wakey

  3. As an intern in General Surgery I did not spend much time in the OR. We were the worker bees who allowed the more senior residents time in the OR. Scut Monkey was the term we used. Now because monkey is racist it would be Scut M. The M word is verboten. Anyway, the purpose of this trip down memory lane is to describe the poor MF’er I saw operated on emergently following an MVA. He was a skinny Vietnamese guy in his 20’s who had just eaten lunch when he got in an accident on his way somewhere else. There was grains of rice EVERYWHERE in this poor bastard’s peritoneal cavity. They were picking rice out for a couple of hours. I’m sure he had to go back to the OR for a recheck in a couple of days.

I think about that whenever I drive after recently eating a meal. And now you will too.

  4. I never thought about that. THANKS JIMBRO.

Not sure what to think, but all the pieces fall into place. She seemed really good, but so did Lake’s campaign.

Looks like all of these ventures are collapsing as the recessionary pressure grows.

Worth noting: these were folks trying to solve the general problem, i.e. a robot that could drive in human traffic. Closed-track/closed campus efforts appear to still be ongoing, so Davos may still try to simply eliminate human drivers to achieve the dream of ESG control of movement.

I wonder if there’s some etymology there, with “enci” meaning “is king” in the language translated there. “Adonai” is used throughout the Old Testament to refer to the God of Abraham, but it isn’t a name, it’s a compound word for “the lord of all”.

  40. Seems accurate. Dems spend money much more efficiently. I believe they have help from tech companies to target their voters and the money to ‘help’ them vote by sending out paid ‘vote helpers’.

They spend billions more than republicans and do it wisely.

  43. Do collies like that have any inherent health issues?

    ———————–
    Border collies?
Not that I’m aware of. My Tess (2008-2021) was a beautiful tri-color; her only issue was that she didn’t get enough exercise the last 9 years of her life and she put on weight that then gave her issues with her back hocks. And that was my fault. She was a sweetheart.

  44. Goolag knows where D/R voters are down to 1′ resolution. It’d be shocking if they weren’t telling GOTV on “their side” how to find them.

And the Ds have a lot more money because they keep printing it for themselves and having shitstains like SBF cycle it to their efforts and candidates. Cantillon effect is their best buddy.

  45. I will never understand why blackface is horrible but womanface is totally OK. All the arguments about Oppression(TM) are just as applicable.

And the “womanface” includes every male focused stereotype out there. Big boobs, extra make-up, sexy clothing. By “male focused” – I mean attributes that are supposedly designed to attract men (which is debatable, of course). But it reduces the idea of “woman” to an object that exists ONLY to attract men.

  46. We heard a story on Matt Walsh yesterday that NYC is going to start detaining homeless people, and obvious mentally ill people, because NYC crime is going off the charts.

So I asked HotBride, “Where are they going to put these people?”

She laughed and said, “Probably in buildings that have big windows, and big beautiful lawns, and inside the buildings will be these rooms where they have special panels on the walls where the residents can’t hurt themselves when they get agitated. And there will be rooms where they all go during the day to do jigsaw puzzles and play checkers. And when they eat they’ll go in a nice big room with stainless steel tables and metal chairs.”

I said, “Well, what will they call these places?”

And she said, “Oh, I’m not sure. Maybe asylums?”

And I said, “Didn’t we have those once upon a time?”

And she said, “Yes, but liberals thought they were cruel and inhumane.”

I said, “But this time it will be different?”

And she said, “Yes, this time will be different.”

    LOL

    Fin.

  47. I saw a video of a guy who had his daughter with him, telling another guy on the subway to stop masturbating in front of his daughter.

I don’t care how “cruel” “asylums” are, their mental illness is affecting everyone’s quality of life.

I won’t go into too much detail but the pictures I’ve seen of druggers in SF with their pants down and diarrhea everywhere is below third-world.

  48. They won’t use the word asylum, so they won’t be asylums, QED.

Besides, “asylum” these days is just a B horror movie schlock factory with acting-school wannabes trying to get streamed on Netflix or Chiller.

  49. By the looks of it, they’ve actually had more commercial success than Full Moon Pictures had back in the day, I attribute that to digital video rather than having to pay for film, though.

    I understood your funny.

I should qualify my comment. I think these drug-addled scum should be thrown in trucks, hosed down, fed real food, and forced into detox.* Then they can decide if they want to stay “out” within society. If so, they must have a place to live, a job, take regular drug and alcohol tests, etc. If not, they stay incarcerated because they littered which in the country of Mare is a felony.

If these people get their shit together (literally) they will go from scum to member of society status and be given the respect and civility that contributing members of society deserve.

*Some will simply have to stay in facilities on anti-anxiety meds or simply be chemically subdued enough to prevent them from being violent.

You scum up our cities, you lose your rights.

  54. Cultural appropriation is also ok when Lewis Hamilton does it. BUDDY. YOU ARE NOT AMERICAN. JUST STOP.

  62. Why’d his mom name him “Ba’al is king”?

Was it a family name? Does this go all the way back to some tribe that Joshua was supposed to “put to the ban” but was less than thorough with?

How does that even happen? Incompetent anesthesiologist?

There was a case here in Fort Worth many years ago which Paul was called for the jury pool which involved a known-to-the-staff incompetent anesthesiologist. Luckily, Paul was eliminated in the final round due to the fact that the deceased was a big muckety muck at Lockheed (then General Dynamics), and anyone who worked there was stricken for cause.
