Good morning!
I had a classmate the last round of college who looked similar to this girl (in the face, although she had a cute figure too). Let’s call her Donna (not her name). She was a really nice kid and we got along and worked well together especially at clinicals.
There was this one class we had together where I usually sat somewhere in the middle of the class and she was in the front row. The door to the classroom was at the front of the room near her, and it was usually left open. In the hall just outside was the door to a stairwell.
Gradually I became aware that almost every time we had class, this same guy would show up with a washrag and wipe down the glass on the stairwell door and then the door, and then God knows what. He would take his time and do a great job.
I just started thinking how strange it was, the timing. He has to clean THIS DOOR at THIS TIME that exactly matches our class schedule.
Also, I have never seen anybody clean a door at school before. Never. This is the first time I have seen this activity, and it only happens at this class to this one door in the whole school.
I told my classmates to pay attention. This fucker does not work for the University, he’s just some creep with a rag, come to peep at Donna. The stricken looks from the young girls was priceless.

I can’t do side plank marches with my down leg. The top leg barely makes it, and as soon as I try with the down leg, I fall apart.
This is fucking BULLSHIT.
How do I get strong enough to do this exercise? Do you know anything that will help?
Anyway, I’m going back to my back rehab exercise program this morning, back to the highest level I’ve achieved so far. Going to alternate that with the Tom Morrison mobility program for a while.
