MMM 483

Last week of February 2020. Lent starts next Wednesday. Be ready.

I remember this one. I felt this one.

She kicks high.

I need to buy a barbell and some plates.

Stylized tri-chrome color palate.

Blonde gal on the left is about to let go.

Tanned or bronzed?

Tired again.

And the week begins. Make it count, do your best, don’t let them win.

  1. wakey wakey

  2. Did the rapture happen?

  3. ” tri-chrome color palate” bears an unfortunate resemblance to Ivy League tranny swimmer “Lia” Thomas

“Tanned or bronzed?” is Orange Woman Good

  4. I like Heart Of Glass better than Rapture

  5. Last day of February is next Monday and then I can store all my dashiki clothing until next February 1st.

  6. 6-7 inches of snow forecast for Friday. Last gasps of winter.

  7. I’ve seen other images of the tri-chrome gal. Rest assured that she’s no more a tranny than any of my other posts.

  8. Whew, for a minute I thought everyone moved to H6 and had a pact about not telling me.

If that happened I completely understand but I would like to say in advance, sod off to those who would do it.

We wish. March has a tendency to be quite shitty here.

Almost every year of my life here in Southern New England, we get our last little snow in the first week of April, and almost every year, people act like it’s a total catastrophic surprise. They call it ‘crazy weather’ but it truly happens almost every year.

  15. Thanks Pepe.

We had 7″ of snow here Thursday night, then we shoveled. Yesterday it was 45F and everything melted. I expect one more snowfall, then Mud Season.

  16. The answer to the first question is: yesterday when I was with your mom.

  17. March always brings a couple of wet snows to nys.
And as teh lumpinator mentioned- April snow is more common than not.

  18. Last time I had my hands on a dashiki I was handing it to Kamala Harris to wipe the cum off her face.

  19. Last day of February is next Monday and then I can store all my dashiki clothing until next February 1st.

I usually get annoyed with all the Black History Month slobber, but yesterday I learned that the Huntsville farm of Dred Scott’s original owner is now the site of a black college, and I can appreciate the irony.

  20. President’s Day – a day that all of the people and institutions that oppress us – government, banks, utility companies, mail service, etc., get paid to sit on their asses – a made up excuse to get paid to do nothing.

Other such days – MLK Birthday, Columbus Day, Veterans Day.

    You’re welcome.

  21. government, banks, utility companies, mail service, etc., get paid to sit on their asses – a made up excuse to get paid to do nothing.

Not just that – but they make the rest of us actually work HARDER because they all take their free time and do shit. Go shopping, the movies, weekend get-aways. Restaurant will be busier.

I just always found that irony interesting.

  22. Teachers got today off. Big Ag corp didn’t.

  23. I’m just pissed that we don’t get two weeks off for remembering and re-enacting the Saint Bartholomew’s Day Massacre.

  24. We wish. March has a tendency to be quite shitty here.

Same here. I was operating under a delusional optimism. Reality will smack the optimism out of me by mid March. Last frost is usually in May here.

  25. Of late our springs have been really strange. We basically go from winter to summer almost overnight.

This winter hasn’t been especially bad as to snowfall, but we have endured weeks of subfreezing temperatures. We’re having a four day thaw at the moment, but later in the week it’s back to subfreezing – highs in the mid 20ºs.

  26. *teamrapture

heart of glass is quite good. favorite blondie song is Maria

  27. took today off to relax from multiple 15k step days in a row

  28. throwing on cement does tear up the feet. plus weight on the toes most of the time

  29. oh yes at aos

Oh no you guys, the Woke Retards we want to fire but can’t because of the corrupt woke teachers unions are threatening to quit…

Oh please, not the Briar Patch…!

  30. Heavens no! What might happen!?

  31. Did you watch the video at Big Tater Energy? Because it’s a slice of fried gold baby

  32. How’s everyone celebrating President’s day today?

  33. Your mom asked me to keep it on the down low.

  34. I got to explain to my wife that there was a period between independence and the first president under the constitution. She hadn’t known about the Articles period.

  35. Lumping bags of pellet fuel.

  36. I’ll be serving people food, which is about as presidential as I get.

  37. My morning took a turn when I realized it was a holiday day and had to unload all the trash and recycling from my truck that I loaded yesterday afternoon. My morning was going to be dump, grocery store and post office but it was just grocery store.

  38. The past few years, our springs have been long, cold, and wet, much like something that I’m not going to touch. The tomatoes and peppers suffered as a result.

  39. Our springs used to be like hotspur describes.

Speaking of shitty weather and grocery stores, I have zero doubt that the bread/eggs people are converging on stores as we speak. Shitty weather on the menu for Wednesday.
Will have to try to go today (Tues are my usual day).

  40. I did see an article headline that the Beijing Olympics had their closing ceremony yesterday.

Stories I read from this event include the gender neutral pairs skater, the young Russian skater who failed a drug test, the turncoat American competing for China, the skier who whacked his wiener on the downhill gate and the cross country skier who had a frozen penis. You know, the true Olympic spirit!

  41. I watched exactly —-><—- olympics.

  42. I was tagged in that first photo by a hilarious friend. Remind me to not walk around with a clipboard when that one woman walks by.

  43. Nice day here in Denver, 55 and sunny. Forecast is a high of 11 and snow tomorrow.

  44. Have the day off tomorrow, there’s a theater next to the hotel, so I might go to my first movie in 2 years. Any thing good out now?
They’re still showing Spider-Man, so will probably pick that.
    I think they serve cocktails.

  45. Remind me to not walk around with a clipboard when that one woman walks by.

Why would I do that? Seems like it worked. Good on ya. Right up there with casting “invisibility” to walk through a busy office by carrying a monkey wrench down a hallway while looking at the ceiling and softly counting fire-suppression spigots.

  46. so I might go to my first movie in 2 years.

    Why?

  47. Does the hotel not have a bar?

Is there no bar within walking distance?

    Are there no cabs?

Do they not have Uber or Lyft?

    Are there no whorehouses?

  48. Do you like punching yourself in the poon?

  49. Just bored and need to kill some time. Figure I’ll go to the noon show, start day-drinking and meet up with some buds for happy hour at the hotel bar.

  50. Pretty much done studying. This will be the 5th Boeing jet I’ve qualified in (727,737,757,767,and now 787). They fly differently, but are engineered using common Boeing practices.

Now just have to get through another 3 weeks of sims without losing my mind.

  51. I got to Denver a month before my fellowship started and the movers arrived 3 weeks later. I only had a sleeping bag, a pillow and a bunch of review books for an upcoming certification exam. My routine was to get bagels and coffee for breakfast, go to the public library and study most of the day and hit a movie every night. Must have worked since I passed the test.

  52. Why no 777?

  53. I could have gone to the 777, but the 787 pays the same and has a base in Chicago. If I went to the 777 I would have a longer commute to either San Fran or Newark.

  54. Excellent reasons

We need full-blown Nuremberg trials and public gallows at this point. Minimum.

  57. Phat, I loved Spider-man. I checked, Denver only has one Wayback Burger. I don’t know if you have an Hangry Ohana close to your location. I can’t remember where we ate the last time we were by the United campus.

I see now that they were in fact right.

  60. Ran a mile in 6:31, recovered for one mile, then ran a mile in 6:27.

  61. All the tweets I’ve seen about “they never froze Epstein’s bank accounts, but they froze Canadian truckers’ accounts” got me real pissed off.

  62. Wait till they turn off yer utilities.

  63. Cause you posted on a subversive blog

    Then what you gonna do?

  64. Today, I raised prices on razors and paper goods. Early customers are maskless. By noon, the sheep are all masked up. Kids to granny. I’ve H8D Hindlick for years. He was a coward. I can’t believe he’s actually highlighting CIA spying on Americans.

  65. I work for the government so rules don’t apply to me. It’s you poor suckers I feel for.

  66. Oso is causing inflation.

  67. It me. People are now putting Biden stickers on sign holders. I leave them.

  68. Pray for Oso’s sign holders.

  69. I tried to early vote in the Republican primary today (actual ballot day is a week from tomorrow) and they had the court house shut down due to President’s day. I’m wondering which racist I’m supposed to blame for denying me the ballot. It’s probably that fucking Dan Patrick guy.

  70. Chad or Huffines. I like Chad.

  71. Invents “Oso did that” stickers.

  72. We picked up 4000 lbs of wood pellets today.

    wod

    2000 more tomorrow.

  73. Sign holders are expensive. It gets old trying to save money. I just got texted by my boss. He doesn’t think $14,000 in shrink is acceptable. I don’t think so, either. It is what it is.

  74. Before Oso hikes the price.

  75. I can’t effing even. This happened and the docs still discuss when the kid should get his second jab.

  76. Those blisters…all over his body. After being misdiagnosed as HFM.

  77. What is your opinion of who is in the primary PG? As a former Texan I have been wondering who I would have voted for.

  78. well, years later, Elliot bit me again. blood on the knuckle. Not sure why either.

  79. Elliott is an ass.

Post a pic of your range targets to totally impress.

  82. I just watched episode 1 of Vox Machina on Amazon Prime. I laughed.

    Caveats:
    1. I am an old school D&D nerd
    2. I have been drinking
    3. I am easily amused

    Ymmv.

  83. Thanks oso, think I will go see Spider-Man tomorrow.

The cold front hit around dinner time, already down to 10 degrees and snowing.

Lots and lots of covid medical papers – thrombosis, myocarditis, etc.

Saw where Canada shit the bed. Maybe when we have our civil war, we can get Manitoba, Saskatchewan, the saner parts of Canada to come over to our side.

  85. They voted 181-151 to extend the powers. It’s not just Castreau. They all vote for it.

  86. Welp, they got what they voted for, good and hard. Confiscate personal weapons, ban ownership of handguns, etc.

I am struck by the fact that the ‘liberal democracies’, who went full fascist real damn quick were the ones with an unarmed citizenry.

Australia, New Zealand, and now, Canada.

What surprises me is that the pushback in the UK was so successful. Every time I was in London over the last 2 years I was struck by how militant the average citizen was against the mandates. This was in London! Can’t imagine what it was like in the countryside.

  87. When I was in Dublin last year I knew the mandates weren’t going to last long.

I went into a pub and the bartender said, ‘I’m required to ask to see your vac card and you need to fill in the clipboard with your contact info.’

I started to pull out my phone (to show a pic of my card) and asked him for a pen. He started laughing and said, ‘it’s all shite, what are you for drinking?’.

Irish Democracy is sometimes the best democracy.

    From James Scott:

More regimes have been brought, piecemeal, to their knees by what was once called “Irish Democracy”—the silent, dogged resistance, withdrawal, and truculence of millions of ordinary people—than by revolutionary vanguards or rioting mobs.

  88. I keep hoping the truckers will quit delivering to Ottawa, let’s see how they like empty shelves to match Trudeau’s empty head.

  89. Heh, Ireland sounds like rural Iowa

  90. BLUF(old school military acronym):

The Irish are nice people until you start fucking with them, then they will grind you to dust with a smile, non-compliance and a charming brogue.

  91. Looking through the papers in roamy’s link. I didn’t open every one..but each one I did look at, this was mentioned in the introduction or abstract…

“based on rigorous randomized, blinded, controlled trials, ”

    and…

    “rare”

p.s. Canada is fucked and it’s very depressing that a slimey dough-faced prick of a drama teacher is given that much power. Perhaps it’s past time, Canadians went full antifa on that fucker…but wear BLM t-shirts.

  92. One of my former co-workers was retired Army. He said, “I got two speeds, fast and slow. You don’t want to see slow.”

  93. The hell that crap is rare and even more to hell that trials were rigorous.

On a lighter note, I prepared and ate brussel sprouts, for the first time, for dinner. Pretty dang tasty.

I cut them in half, tossed them in olive oil, salt/pepper, laid them flat on a pan, covered tightly in foil…roasted for 10m at 475, took off foil, roasted another 10m. Doing it that way, they caramelized nicely.

  94. I feel bad for the Canucks, but when you vote for a government that has the power to give you everything, guess what?

    Yep, they now control everything.

  95. Ooo, a tablespoon of water got mixed in the oil, too, so to create steam.
Recipe came from America’s Test Kitchen.

  96. Beasn, roasted sprouts are the only way to go. Your recipe is similar to what we’ve been doing at chez phat.

Grate fresh parm on top before serving, it really makes the dish.

  97. Not everyone voted for that government. And those who did are flippin clueless as to what is really going on as the government runs the media (each mainstream outlet gets millions of tax dollars to keep them on the air. One outlet…think viva/Barnes mentioned it, was considering dropping private ads because tax dollars. )

Think about all those millions directed towards their awful health system for a few more people to get prompt medical care…and media having to sink or swim on their own. What a novel concept.

  98. Sunday Funnies:

  99. Phat, that sounds good but I can’t dairy, unfortunately. I’ll tell the husband to sprinkle the parmesan. He really liked them, too. He put a little butter on them..

He didn’t like them as a kid. Pretty sure his mom boiled them. Saud they were bitter.

  100. My half- brother is a cop down in Dallas, I need to ask him what he would have done.

Like me, he’s a good Irish boy. I think he would have figured out a way to creatively comply with the order.

  101. Ottow does not want the truckers there, the truckers should NEVER go to Ottawa again. If you get my meanin’…

  102. Ok, off to watch an episode of Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace before bed. Funniest show I’ve seen in years.

    Even sober, it was hilarious.

  103. I’m not sober now

  104. ChrisP,

It may be time for the ruling class in Canada to get a dose of ‘supply chain issues’.
The people who have been struggling to work during the restrictions are a bit peeved.

I think it’s time to ‘afflict the comfortable’.

  105. Doctors eschew readable printing.
