Sharon, is the pie done?

Ever notice that Sharon rhymes with Karen?

Yes, it’s all Marie Callender’s fault. Good customer service must handle this.

But wait, what’s that sound? People are skeptical of her claims?

And Here. We. Go.

Posted for the Hostages without facebook, because this one is hilarious. Don’t even care if it’s true.

  1. Dyin’ of laughter here

  3. Jay’s cryptic reference to Marie Callender is making more sense now.

  4. This is for Sobek : – I’ve had a fucked up shoulder for years. Given that I don’t believe in doctors, I’ve refused anything but did try PT for a while. That did ok, but THIS BOOK. This book slaps. My shoulder is better than its been in years. Also – the exercises are actually pretty straight forward – but the information he gives is REALLY good.

  5. Grandbaby got “turned” today (he was in “frank breech” position), so daughter is a go for natural delivery.

Unless he turns again, like she did….

DDH screening at multiple visits and possibly a Hip US is a good idea

  6. threads like the one is why the internet was invented. Not for people to make up fake posts supposedly by a teenage killer to whip the populous into a frenzy.

  7. My fifth came too fast for an epidural, but that was fine because I didn’t want one.

  8. I’m sure you’re seeing a lot of new info on the shooting that further validates the 48 Hour Rule of reporting

  9. All the schools everywhere around here are closed. Because, apparently there is a school shooter in every school.

I hope there are a LOT of prosecutions of these stupid kids.

  10. Jimbro – oh yea. But the info is already “out there” so you’re dealing with people who have accepted that bs as fact.

There WAS an email sent to parents prior – about something completely unrelated. Another issue (more of a prank, I think) that had zero to do with this child.

And now you have kids that say “Oh, I just had a feeling” because they played hooky that day. In hindsight, they knew.

Oh – you KNEW? And let your friends go to school? try again skippy.

  11. I think I’ll pick that book up for Paula. Her right, operative shoulder is progressing well. A few weeks ago she woke up with left shoulder pain out of the blue. She had been doing some single arm exercises but nothing within a couple of days prior to it. After a lot of suffering we’ve reached the conclusion that she probably has a bulging cervical disc. Saw her PCP yesterday and got a Medrol dose pack and she’s seeing her shoulder guy Monday for his evaluation. Very discouraging for my woman …

  12. Jay, excellent post.

Like Carin said, that’s what the internet should be about. Hilariously outing the liars.

    Stupid Sharon.

  13. The book is excellent. Order it right now.

  14. She is really into video education for literally everything. Crossfit, biking, triathlon, rehab exercises, blowjobs. I may have inadvertently projected my thoughts on that last one,

Her current faves are two PT’s with a YT channel called “Bob and Brad”. They are actually really good and I’ve watched a couple of their videos.

  15. Populace = people in an area
Populous = heavily or densely populated

  16. I’m not a big video person – I mean sometimes. But the explanation he gives are excellent. Fully explains, reasons, etc.

  17. For weeks I slept well. Up once a night to visit the bathroom. Last night every two hours up. I’m a wreck this morning. Either burning a half day or full day. Don’t trust myself on my half hour commute in this condition. Frankly I’m burning out probably but this doesn’t help.

May or may not be pray for oso territory, but some sleep would be nice. A little peace of mind wouldn’t hurt either.

  18. Look, Leon, if my autocorrect doesn’t mind the typo, you shouldn’t either. That was one zero coffee, on my phone. Its like flying blind, basically.

  19. Maybe you need less lightning in your coffee.

  20. Honestly I thought you might just be unaware. It’s a common one, like compliment vs complement.

  21. I’m actually a little dyslexic. So unless I can really see things and am going slowly I don’t notice. Neither of which occurs on my phone. If my brain reads it write – lol – it is all good.

  22. There was a parody of the Lord of the Rings with all her cruelty and malice poured into the pie.

Glad you captured what you did, Sharon deleted the whole thing.

  23. haha, I just captured one post, it’s all over. I never saw it directly.

  24. Praying for you, BroTim.

  25. I saw some of it, there were over 10,000 comments.

  26. I don’t watch much news anymore but I did see Tucker talking about a civil rights party to push back against the total destruction of our liberties.

I like the idea but he’s missing the point. People want safety above all else.

In my early 20s we were told that we needed to have all of our communication surveilled and we needed to fight 25 years of wars in the ME to stay safe. I’m ashamed to say I thought it was a good idea.

Now we’re told that we need to give up every amendment in the bill of rights to protect against a virus. I’ve learned that it’s bullshit but the vast majority of the country would agree. They don’t care about freedom of speech, movement, the right to protest, or the right to bear arms. All of that needs to go to be safe.

I can’t remember where I read this – possibly here. Probably, now that I think of it.

Putting a man on the moon was the apex of western civilization. 50 years later we can’t manage to repeat something we’ve already done with the amazing resources we have. There is no will to do so. The spark of curiosity has been extinguished.

We are content to die gazing into the blue glow of our screens.

  27. ^^

    That’s depressing. Sorry about that.

  29. MJ, that sounds like me or Alex or possibly a back-and-forth we had.

This is how Good Times make Weak Men. That’s why we’re now in Hard Times. The only question is how Hard they have to get, and how terrible the next round of Strong Men will be.

Also, the surveillance state is powerful, but it’s fragile, even frail in ways. When all those wires are seen as prison bars, cutting will start.

  30. I think it was hs. Not sure.

Anyway, I think you’re being too hopeful. We’re in for a long slog – I’m thinking hundreds of years of decline followed by another dark age.

  31. I dont believe for a second “the vast majority” believe this bullshit. Not. Even. CLOSE. The minority insane and irrational might, but (like everything else) there is a misrepresentation due to the media OPPRESSING those that oppose and magnifying those that support.

I don’t know who she is but without knowing (for now) I love her.

    Great link, Jay.

  35. I don’t think hundreds of years of decline is likely, at this point. As hard as the Tech Lords are trying to obliterate history, there are too many hard copies out there. Regional decadence is much more likely, and that’s where and when the Strong Men start to arise. I’m not talking heroes, I’m talking about a young Ghengis tossed out by his tribe and forced to survive and provide for his family on the Steppe when he was 10, or a young Vlad sent to the Turks as tribute.

The only way we get a long decline and new dark age at this point is if the Gates types really get their wish on massive depopulation, whether it be hypersonic missiles, “vaccines”, or a new black plague. I do think GPS and sat comms are likely dead in the next major conflict, and getting beyond the new debris cloud is going to be a major challenge to those trying to open a new frontier.

  36. To be fair, that link was in the AOS sidebar. Gotta give credit where it’s due, and not to my lazy ass.

  37. brother is 2 weeks in to Covid. up to 85% and nagging cough.

  38. Anyone know where I can get some omicron? I’m willing to pay.

  39. Question: Omnicrom was just “identified” about a week to ten days ago. They cannot possibly have a test for it. And it’s utterly impossible for them to have a booster that specifically degrades the symptoms.

HTF did they determine a guy in CA has it and since it’s so mild, WTF cares?

  40. Owner of the branch office where I work tested positive, he let us know yesterday via email. He hadn’t been in the office since before the symptoms presented so we are probably not exposed. He is going to miss the Christmas party Saturday, which is a bummer. He thanked Pfizer for his mild symptoms.

Just got word that the GM for the branch in Atlanta passed away Saturday after contracting the virus, don’t know if he had additional medical issues. Late fifties. Fear factor around the company is ramping up, hoping we don’t get a vax mandate.

  41. The charcoal briquettes as ice cubes made me lol.

Wondering about that too. But if we have a permanent base why do we need National Guard headed there? It’s a small base.

  47. re: omicrap variant –
you’ve gotta be a total lazy fucking brainless moron not to have at least seen some reference to the souf africa doc that said it was mild.

  48. even that fucking dickmouthed motherfucker fauxcheese said as much in his presser yesterday.

  49. Only Fauci can speak the science of omnicrom, only he can tell us how serious this is.

  50. Sharon’s pie reminds me of the Steering Wheel Desk on Amazon ten or twelve years ago.OMG we laughed our fucking asses off at that string of reviews.

  51. reft reg too

  52. All the schools everywhere around here are closed. Because, apparently there is a school shooter in every school.

Teachers will exploit any and every fucking situation so that they don’t have to work. So this should be no surprise.

  53. It’s a good thing I was reading the fake reft reg poat at night, because if it had been during the day, my staff would have concluded that I was hysterical and needed to be escorted out.

  54. This is how you get to centuries of decline and a new dark age:

    https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/bayer-executive-mrna-shots-are-gene-therapy-marketed-as-vaccines-to-gain-public-trust/

So MJ might be right, assuming these monsters aren’t stopped.

  55. Don’t tell MJ he’s right.

  56. We won’t live long enough to know, Hotspur.

I’m not saying he’s right, I’m saying he might not be wrong. History’s rhyming segments with today have indications of what comes next, but there are some huge contextual differences based on technology and geography.

  57. How are you and the Mrs. getting along T-Roy? Feeling alright?

  58. Wow, VDH with a bombshell (to me):

I’ve been on five flights in my life where it was announced there was not enough fuel to continue to the scheduled destination—requiring either turning around or landing somewhere on the way. One such aborted flight took off from Cairo, another from southern Mexico. The other three were this spring and summer inside the United States.

  59. I love Kaitlyn Bennett and I wish I had her glorious head of hair.

  60. She does have great hair, but what’s more, more courage than most Americans. I’m genuinely shocked she didn’t get assaulted. Maybe that’s a Rittenhouse effect?

  61. And another one of these cases. Why are hospitals fighting so hard not to treat and make people better? In this case, the hospital defied the court order and the Allow to Try Law, twice to allow an outside Dr to administer ivermectin.

  62. From Leon’s link:
“We also need to focus on what is socially responsible outside of Europe and ensure sustainable action there. We pledged, this past year, to give an additional hundred million women access to contraception in the world. We’ve invested 400 million this year into new plants that are dedicated to produce long-acting contraceptives for women in low-and-middle income countries … Together with Bill and Melinda Gates we’re working very closely on family planning initiatives.”

Always with the doping up of the population and pumping poisons into women instead of teaching them how their bodies work, what signs to watch for, and a little bit of periodic self control. To do the latter = less profits. And in some places would mean little allah would have to zip it on occasion.

  63. Oh, good, the CIA is protecting pedophiles.

  64. Sobek, we knew that before they killed Epstein.

  66. I saw my chiropractor today and wore my Let’s Go Brandon t-shirt. Out of about a dozen people, between staff and patients, the only two women who didn’t complement me on my shirt were busy having a long conversation about their rescue cats over the years. We’ve built consumer economies. What happens when demand falls due to depopulation?

there is no way that researchers and real doctors can let this go much further.

Think it was a group of drs and researchers who brought the suit against FDA, to see the data. I have to hope they finally go airline pilot on corporate medicine.

On the other hand, look how hard doctors/hospitals fight to keep things like IVM from patients. They aren’t stupid…they have to know it works.

  82. Well, well, well.

  85. Chris Christie?

How is that whale even relevant?

  86. He isn’t but for some reason thinks he is relevant. Probably has the backing of the Never Trump crowd and wants to be a spoiler for Trump’s campaign if he announces.

Voting for Christie would equal the energy of voting for McCain or Romney because Obama would be worse which is exactly why the JEF won twice.

  87. @Pups. Better half is having a low day very very fatigued. Son appears more nasally congested type thing with lethargy. Most my symptoms have diminished but they claim im negative while the other two are pos. Most severe symptom sustained is still mid grade flu level.

  97. Chris Christi is a decepticon. The Mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana…a life long registered Democrat… is more conservative than the whale found on the beach at Atlantic City.

This was a very cheap meal and we have tons of it. I should teach Home Ec.

  101. Sorry to hear that, Mitchell. I spent a week in the hospital with pneumonia whale I was about 20…..about 38 years ago, it wasn’t a picnic. Sepsis, OTOH, took a friend & former co-worker a few years ago, dude was only 55 & other than RA was healthy as a horse. Prayers your way.

  105. Yea, sepsis is no joke.

  106. A lot of the new DMARD’s used to treat RA are immunosuppressive which may have been a factor. My sister and nephew both have Crohn’s and are on an injection (Humira I think) that makes them more susceptible to infection. She’s all in on the vaccine and I haven’t said boo to her about it.

  110. I was listening to the radio when I heard that…Russia is warning Europe of war if new NATO alliances aren’t contracted. Meaning, you protect Ukraine, we start kicking some ass.

Having Biden as President is dangerous.

His administration is hilariously incompetent but also alarmingly dangerous.

  111. Jimbro. It’s becoming an ongoing joke within the MD&D community in the region I live & work, watching pharma ads. The potential side effects are more deadly than the issue the cure was meant to treat.
The local favorite seems to be ” don’t take if you’re allergic to it”. That disclaimer has ” corporate lawyers were over ruled by accountants” written all over it.
Sue the snot out of ’em!

  112. 15 years at DePuy, every move on every patient specific product, hearing ” do you want that piece of shit implanted in your granny?” Kinda makes you skeptical about the truth in advertising laws as applied to pharma. Why the Fuck is pharma even allowed to advertise to consumers, anyway? Shouldn’t the consumers doctor be the smartest guy or gal on the room?

  113. Before the explosion in new meds they probably were. Now there’s countless new meds introduced and it’s hard to keep track of them all. Whether that’s a good thing is hard to know. Probably not for most of them. As far back as my pharmacology class in 1989 the PhD’s torturing us with their lectures used to talk about “me too” drugs where they’d just add a new chemical attachment to a classic drug and get a new patent for a soon to be generic drug to keep the gravy train going. I’m sure that’s only become worse. Fortunately the number of drugs I prescribed was quite limited, under 20 different ones in total, and they were boring old school stuff.

  114. So I read recently on another blog that HCQ has been used in the past off-label to treat other corona viruses (common cold) when they get out of hand, and that there was a bill before Congress shortly before the pandemic to make it OTC. My duck-duck-go fu is lacking, I can’t find this information anywhere else.

  115. I think they still are, Jimbro. The problem is pharma marketing telling consumers to tell their doctors they want what a marketing guru told them they need instead of letting a trained medical professional make the call. But then our government found a medical “professional” named Fauci and my point gets shot down in flames….we’re doomed.

PT kicked my ass this morning, then I spent the day in the lab setting up systems in case there’s a shutdown, argued with a co-worker and won, and attempted to spend about $80K of your hard-earned dollars on an upgrade for a 23-year-old machine (cheaper than a new one) and a year’s worth of lab supplies including 200 proof ethanol. Came home and bitched about co-worker to Mr. RFH, then apologized for the rant. He said it was fine, he wasn’t the target.

  118. I saw some of the pro-abortion protesters shout their love of the abortion pill and supposedly take them in front of the cameras. Kind of wondering if they were actually Tic-tacs or if the women are finding out about side effects right now. Which begs the question, what are the side effects of the abortion pill if you’re not pregnant? Duck-fu says nausea and diarrhea.

  124. A lot of common colds are corona. Before all this shit happened, when we swabbed someone, the test came back for 22 different things, some influenzas and several corona viruses, mostly. I don’t remember all the stuff the swab we used tested for, before the Mongolian Sniffles took over all testing and turned everybody into robots.

Actually, it doesn’t matter, never mind for me. In about an hour I start work and I won’t be back until evening anyway. Too much to do.

But when I went to post the comment, there was no button to push to post it. Then I realized the page simply will not fully load for me at all. This little laptop ain’t got the juice.
