Monochrome to kick off.

Poor girl’s barely got hips.

Hip status: present.

Having feet firmly planted is important for standard bench press.

This is now banned for multiple reasons. No hugging because everyone will die, and white people aren’t allowed to be happy.

I’d say she’s going to ruin those socks on the beach, but they look pretty wrecked already.

For once, we know the weight. Assuming a standard bar, that’s 95#. Not too shabby for an overhead squat.

Colorful.

Happy Monday, folks.

Also, Cash for Clunkers is fucking me over 12 years later.

    I don’t know what I’m saying, fortunately I don’t really care either.

  2. T’bro – mare has never known what she’s saying , so youre in good shape

  3. They’re going to roll that shit out again to get more electrics on the road. So that your batteries can be mined by child slaves instead of your oil being drilled by grown men with trucks and tools and families to support.

  4. and more importantly:

I think I mentioned a few weeks ago that the Left is all about the narrative. They’re always stitching together events to create a story within a larger theme. It allows them to twist almost any event to fit the bigger picture. The Right doesn’t do this very well, but I’ve been thinking about it a bit…

The Biden Administration is an authoritarian nightmare hellbent on crushing it’s political opponents by any means necessary. They are dangerous and need to be removed from power with equal fervor.

The Biden team are not behaving as if they have the will of the people behind them and have been elected legitimately. In an obviously false pretense that fanatical Trump supporters were going to descend on the Capitol for the inauguration, the Biden administration asked for and received the protection of 30,000 national guard troops. DC was ringed with barricades, fences, and razor wire, which to my knowledge, is the first time anything like this has happened. I think it’s important to note that the public was not able to attend the inauguration which means the possible cover of protecting the attending citizens was not available. This was done solely for the protection of Biden against forces unseen, never present, or totally imagined. It’s obviously true that there was no threat but that the Biden people are so insecure in their position that they were willing to dispense with every normal process to ensure a senile racist old grifter is installed as president. They created an enemy to paper over the coup.

The protest at the Capitol on January 6th is being used to punish political enemies for making congress look foolish. On January 5th, we were told that protesting the government and those in power is the height of democracy. Even if things tend to get out of hand and a few bad apples start trouble, the message is what matters. For most of 2020 we were treated to the shock troops of the left burning, looting, raping, and killing people in the name of the greater good. We were told that the people organizing these events were heroes, and many cities started naming parks and squares after these groups in a sign of solidarity. Money and fame showered down upon the organizers from corporations, politicians, and average citizens. The protestors were told that if they were arrested, they’d either be immediately freed or their bail would be posted for them, with adequate legal representation to follow. Now contrast this with a nationwide effort to identify and destroy anyone who attended the protest on January 6th. The government is spending your money to advertise all over the country, imploring people to turn in their neighbors if they were suspected of attending. The same members of congress who just the day before held the belief that protests were sacred are now calling for the mass imprisonment of citizens for daring to disagree with them. They are calling for the leaders to be charged with sedition, which carries a sentence of up to 20 years, and some have mentioned the charge of treason, which is punishable by death.

These same people who are using the power of government to terrify protestors have fully committed to their corruption by approving of the murder of Ashli Babbitt. This is a level of hypocrisy that simply can’t be fathomed. Again, for months, we were told that policemen are hunting and killing people on the basis of their skin color and all of the crime that followed was excused as a natural response to obvious injustice. In this case, where an unarmed woman was shot in the back of the neck for the crime of trespassing, we are being told that she deserved to die and the policeman who shot her is a hero. Flags were flown at half staff not to honor the victim of the shooting, but to honor the policemen who killed her. A secure administration would not be looking to destroy their political enemies by attacking the position they themselves held that same morning until protestors were let into the Capitol. They have turned to an authoritarian position of vilifying peaceful protestors and using the state to punish political dissidents because the public knows they are illegitimate.

Lastly, and most importantly, the Biden administration has committed to holding a show trial of President Trump. There are a few reasons ranging from the mundane to the terrifying but make no mistake about this, it’s not President Trump who is on trial. It is you. The Left wants humiliation and contrition of anyone who believes the election was stolen. The goal of this trial will be to force President Trump, and by extension his supporters to publicly acknowledge Biden as a legitimate president. Yes, this is payback to the media who helped him get elected, yes it a way to throw red meat to his supporters who have become addicted to hate, and yes it meant as a message to anyone outside of the preferred elite to never attempt to wrest control of government away from them, but most of all it is a message to you. It’s reminiscent of the Ba’ath party purge of 1979 where Saddam Hussein called together the leaders of his political party and read out the names of 68 ‘conspirators’ who were then led out of the room. The remaining party members were congratulated for their loyalty and some, fully understanding the message, proclaimed their allegiance to Saddam while denouncing the traitors. The arrested were later tried together and 22 of the 68 were executed. Those who didn’t get the death sentence were given weapons and orders to kill those who were not.

The left is Saddam, the media is the room full of sycophants, and you are the spared. Now pick up the gun and save yourself. Get rid of Trump.

But what if we refuse? What if we simply won’t play along?

That’s my strategy for the foreseeable future. Refuse to be sucked into the daily outrage, the daily hate rally, the daily message from the Left that is meant to wear you down with a constant barrage of withering stories and images about just how awful you are.

But you’re not awful, you just have a different political philosophy. This blog is a refuge, an island of misfit toys where we tend to skew 8% politics and 92% stupid shit. As we make our way through the next four years and have to navigate the authoritarian world springing up around us, please remember that it’s their narrative, now ours.

  7. I’ve gone my whole life absorbing the message that I’m trash, either outright or by implication. Now that I understand what’s happened to me I am pissed as hell. Sadly I don’t have much of a way to do anything about it right now, but I do have one tool in the toolbox: refusal.

    And I aim to misbehave.

  8. Roddy Piper, when he put on The Glasses.

  9. Good poat MJ. It shouldn’t have gotten stomped by this dickaround.

  10. Hey, dick, my phone says what it wants and I guarantee I’ve played more softball than you’ve ever played baseball.

    Fast pitch softball?

    Well, that explains a lot.

  11. How did Colin Kaepernick do in the game last night?

  12. anyone want to bet if mare has played more baseball than J’ames?

  13. i wonder if there is a way to let a senator from out of state know that their fundraising emails mean absolutely nothing to me, especially when they sit on their hands when they had an opportunity to stand up for the 45th president of the US, from their own party. I already sent emails to my state senators saying they will never get a dime from me ever, and they shouldn’t waste their time rerunning because I’ll vote for anyone except them, including a democrat.

    Tim Scott, looking at you.

  14. J’Ames…if you are so conservative, how come Twitter hasn’t banned you yet?

  15. I would write to the republicans in my state but there aren’t any.

  18. I’ll probably make some edits and repost some other time.

  19. evidently we are assigned days now. DON’T UPSET THE CART!

  20. You can’t spell assigned without ass.

  21. I don’t think of it as assigned days, I assume I’m on the hook to start the week with something and I poated at the same time as MJ. I’d happily have let him take the day but didn’t know he was poating.

  22. Plus his poat didn’t have that big-bootied volleyball hottie so mine’s better.

  29. This is no shit, and I won’t waste the the time to look it up, but I have no idea what city the Buccaneers are from.

  30. during the run up to ww2 there was quite a nazi presence in the US..
the run-up to ww3 seems to be presenting similarly; a substantial and incontrovertible presence of communists are here.

  33. I thought it was Tampa Bay, thus the Florida celebrations that are going to kill everyone even though FL has a lower death rate than NY.

  34. Watched the Jeep ad, wondering all the while, “Who’s that gay-looking guy they chose to be Everyman? How does this guy represent ‘The MIddle’?”

  35. mj you should give it back to him in a bucket of bleach – tell him you were just doing your part in stomping out the spread of ‘rona

  36. A number of states are trying to pass laws to make them sanctuary states to federal gun laws. Using the left’s play book and shoving it back in their face. If those pass I assume the feds will retaliate with not allowing federal funds to those states. The obvious next step will be to make the state a sanctuary to federal income tax. Then it may get sporty.

  37. “No Federal funds for you!” says the * Admin

  41. I can’t believe ANYONE would comment on the officiating last night. There was a woman on the crew so obviously it was the best crew ever.

  42. Biden people are so insecure in their position..

No. They’re not. They are quite the opposite.

  43. Husband had the game on for a little bit, last night. He kept flipping off the pre-game bullshit, it was so ridiculous, and turned it off before the halfway point. He got a bit irritated with me for calling Cyrus a ho…until I pointed out her saying she preferred boobs over testicles.

  44. Cyrus is another product of the Disney/MKULTRA machine, her public behavior has to be considered in that context.

  45. I don’t even know what is going on anymore..

  46. I just wrote a 2.5M proposal, it’s what I’ve been working through the weekend on, and I guess I’m at another crossroads where after working on something 4 straight days I hope we don’t get it.

It’s akin to being overwhelmed but it’s specific in regards to being in a situation so bizarre that it’s outside of our scope of experiences.

  56. Out of Context Problem?

  57. I came here to consider context, and to kick ass.

And I’m all out of context.

  58. No, just ignore me, I’m in a bad spot and I’m digging my way out. I’m trying to decide if I should care.

    On the Liberal Edge
    📷 · 5m ·Published byBruce Stone
OLE says–when you’re wrong your wrong–and when they are right– you must say so.
OLE did not support Mr. Biden as my first choice for president–nor my second–nor my third.
I must admit, after 2 weeks in the Presidency, I believe I was wrong– he was EXACTLY the correct candidate and President for this time.
His Policy and Legislative team has been Pitch Perfect the first 2 weeks–walking the fine line between telling the truth– and using the truth for political gain perfectly in the Covid changes to distribution and management.
They’ve allowed the stupidity and incompetence of the Trump team to become public– but never over-played that truth for political gain.
They’ve given RepubliThugs in Congress the chance to join a broad, ruling coalition–but when those partisan hacks began playing “stiff the Dem sucker again”–they walked away and began using the bully pulpit to legislate without the new Know-Nothing party and it’s pair of dysfunctional leaders–Moscow Mitch and Terrorist Trump.
Their policy team has done the heavy-lifting on an infrastructure bill– and it will roll out just 3 weeks after the CV-19 legislation is rammed thru a dysfunctional Senate with reconciliation.
Infrastructure represents a mulligan for Republicans in the Senate– a chance to decide to work for AMERICA rather than for Moscow Mitch And Terrorist Trump–and that test will tell the tale of 2022 a year and a half ahead of time.
If they continue obstructing and Lying and Acquitting White Terrorists–then the inexorable march to the ash bin of history will have started–as the GOP implodes–becoming the minority party that loses seats in the mid-terms for only the 4th time in 200+ years–and setting the stage for their destruction as a political force.
OLE says– We Liberals will owe the Bidens an apology and our full throated endorsement in 2022 and 2024 if this continues– and nothing could make OLE more happy than to have to do so.
After the 45 year nightmare of the GOP’s iron hold on the nation–from Reagan to Obama–driving the nation’s economic and cultural lives into misery, despair and massive inequality.. that nightmare may finally end with a good natured, quiet man of class and intelligence– Joe Biden.
    Who’d have thunk it?

  63. Ah yes, from the same school of intellectual powerhouseyness that thinks 0 was some sort of right-winger.

  64. I get to listen enough to this “kind, wise, classy Biden” vomit at work, do I really have to see it here?

  65. It’s also ironic that the party of fascism still thinks they are “liberal” in any sense of the word.

  66. I thought it was humorous that he admitted to lying to the public a couple of times. People just read it and nod.

  67. One lady was beside herself with laughter about how some speech Trump gave supposedly contained plagiarisms.

I said nothing about Joe’s famous history in this regard. They really don’t ever think about what they say before they spew.

  82. Snow machine snow is not powder. [insert eye roll emoji]

It’s like you’ve never even skied before?!?

Fake snow is fine but it’s nothing compared to real.

  83. “The reason is that natural snow develops from frozen water vapor whereas manmade snow forms from frozen water droplets. When vapor in the clouds cools, it condenses into ice which is called a snow crystal or snowflake. As the crystal grows, it branches out in several directions, becoming more lacelike and complex. The more intricate the snowflakes’ patterns are as they fall, the softer the end product becomes. The branches do not allow the flakes to condense into hard lumps.

Meanwhile, snow machines use water drops, not vapor, and spit out the same ice one finds stuck to the inside edges of freezers. When water droplets freeze, they do not burst into elaborate lattices; they harden and drop into compact clumps. “

  106. I read a few stories in the Boston Herald about the Bucs victory and a lot of idiots were shitting on Bill Belichick for “losing Brady”. They’re idiots. The Bucs lost enough times that they’ve been able to draft talent and pay less. Brady saw that and moved to a prime position at the right time.
