I’ve finally come out of my funk.

I’m just laughing at the left now. Mockery is in order. They know nothing and shouldn’t be taken seriously.

Bitchmer is expected to keep restaurants closed until Feb 1. Which, you know, is “two more weeks”.

  11. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 7:54 am

I think the lockdowns are going to be permanent in some locations until it becomes a campaign issue and the left is thrown out of power.

2021 is pretty much cancelled – which I can’t believe. We were talking about 2 weeks, then a few months, and now two years.

  12. Comment by Car in on January 13, 2021 7:57 am

And virtually everything has been in two week increments. Restaurant employees – why would you get another job (new career) when supposedly you’re job you KNOW will be back in two weeks?

If Bitchmer just came out and said “restaurants will be closed for two years” – then people could make an informed choice.

  13. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 8:03 am

I think you have your answer.

There is scant evidence that the government will allow restaurants to open. They did once, but then quickly reversed course.

There is ample evidence that the government will keep restaurants shut down. They’ve been shut down for almost a year with continually moving deadlines.

  14. Comment by Car in on January 13, 2021 8:05 am

Supposedly she’s going to reopen feb 1. BUT … “According to multiple sources, the Whitmer administration is going to announce another extension of the indoor dining ban, with a plan to reopen on Feb. 1.

More information about the targeted reopening will be released in the coming days. ”

    Targeted reopenings. See that?

  15. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 8:07 am

Car in, they want you to suffer. They want you dead.

Move South where you have a chance, although at the rate lefties are moving here the North will soon be depopulated of them.

  16. Comment by Car in on January 13, 2021 8:10 am

  18. Comment by Brother Tim on January 13, 2021 8:23 am

Slept better last night than I have in a week. Had an actual dream that I remember, that’s getting rare for some reason.

Starting to just tune out the details and just assume that those in power hate me and will act to harm me. Everything else is set dressing for now.

It occurs to me we’ve approached the issue wrongly. We keep looking for a champion. What we need is a force multiplier. We need to stop farming out the work and handle things ourselves. One has, of course, always been available, which He would grant if we asked, but we forgot who to ask and what to ask for. (He has a history of being disappointed when those under his protection instead ask for kings. Also, it tends not to work out well long-term.)

  19. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 8:28 am

I thought GND was kidding but apparently flags are flying at half staff to honor the police that killed an unarmed woman.

    LOL

Wasn’t it just a few months ago that police killing unarmed people was a good reason to burn down cities?

  20. Comment by leoncaruthers on January 13, 2021 8:30 am

I keep thinking the best trick would be to hold vote counts in red precincts until major cities disclose theirs.

“Nope, still counting. Detroit done yet? How about Dearborn?”
    …
“This could take a while. You know these Gen X guys, really slow counters.”

  21. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 8:32 am

In WI – for the recall elections, some of the red counties did just that.

Walker squeaked by. He would have lost otherwise.

  22. Comment by leoncaruthers on January 13, 2021 8:39 am

The “wealth tax” idea people keep bandying about will be a disaster. Very wealthy people don’t own things if at all possible. They control entities that do the owning for them, and if you go after the entities themselves as owners, they’ll just proliferate until none of them has assets that exceed the cap you have to leave in so you don’t ruin the cattle farmer along with the hedge fund manager.

I want to get Gates and Bezos too, but that’s the wrong approach. They’ll use it as a weapon on anyone trying to get as wealthy as they are.

  23. Comment by jam2 on January 13, 2021 8:45 am

It’s the right move for her.

  27. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 9:25 am

I don’t think the wealth tax thing is good but if it can be used to clean people out, fine.

I love the idea of putting a 75-95% tax on earnings derived from income related to social media.

  28. Comment by Jay in Ames on January 13, 2021 9:27 am

I don’t think voting for impeachment of a President just because you don’t like him is a good move for anyone. Funny me.

  29. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 9:33 am

I’m all for impeaching Biden as soon as possible. Obama too. You can do that, you know.

  30. Comment by Jay in Ames on January 13, 2021 9:34 am

Fine. Income tax by job code.

  36. Comment by leoncaruthers on January 13, 2021 9:54 am

We could raise corporate taxes and offer exemptions based on product.

    Social media/entertainment: full tax, 80%
    Manufacturing/agriculture: full exemption

  37. Comment by Brother Tim on January 13, 2021 10:22 am

It’s not the laws or the codes, it’s the people.

  50. Comment by Hotspur on January 13, 2021 1:09 pm

They are going to go ahead with this because if the house impeaches him and the senate convicts (which I think both likely) he can never run again.

And it gives them the vindictive satisfaction of him being the first president in history to be stripped of his office.

They’re vicious cunts all the way.

  51. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 1:28 pm

Since I’m rooting for the great divide, I say we go ahead with it.

Impeach and have the Republicans convict him. If they can push for treason and execution, all the better.

  53. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 2:00 pm

I haven’t seen a narrative come together like this in my lifetime.

It’s totally fake but they’re really pushing it. I assume it’s to keep ratings up for another month or so until the collapse of cable tv, post Trump.

  54. Comment by Car in on January 13, 2021 2:00 pm

The Republicans have no idea what they are risking.

  55. Comment by MJ on January 13, 2021 2:02 pm

I was also thinking about the longer view of all of this bullshit.

I think Trump will eventually be credited with destroying the Left (media + dems). They’ve exposed themselves as totally corrupt and even if it take a generation, he’s the one that pulled off the masks.

We want it now, of course. But it’ll take time.

The Left is an infected patient. Still feel great right now, but that kind of hate and evil always leads to downfall eventually.

  68. Comment by PepeLp on January 13, 2021 3:04 pm

They can do a lot without confrontation. Between regulations, banking, and taxation, they can control supplies, and impact your behavior. Don’t have to go after guns, but can limit ammo sales, and reloading components. License? Tax? Permits? Those are explosives, you need a blast proof magazine! Can’t buy without those. Business has to follow the regs, or they get shut down, or even lose the ability to take electronic payments. Who do you fight? The business? Random bureaucrats in Washington? How do you even know who they are?

Phasing out cash, there will be a searchable record of every purchase.

With big tech and businesses taking a side, they can throttle almost everyone.

If it’s real and it matters, God has given us a new sign to rival the rainbow.

    So, fake.

3 D🐀🐀🐀 test positive after Nancy ordered a COVID positive back to DC to vote for her. They blame Republicans refusing to wear masks for their positivity. I know that the D is a get out of jail free card, I just want to keep hammering the hypocritical pedophiles on a daily.

Hot spot is right in so far as when the establishers push us to the point of real insurrection which is actually a brewing counter insurgency, the effort will fail because there is no clear leader and the police and military will absolutely fire on their family.

  132. Comment by leoncaruthers on January 13, 2021 8:35 pm

Are we committing mortal sins, leon?

As I understand it, this is despair, which is a sin against the virtue of faith. If you think to yourself “God doesn’t love me” you’re sinning, probably venially, so long as that’s where it stops, especially if it leads you to prayer or at least some reflection. If you go further, telling other people that God doesn’t love you, it starts to get into mortal territory, I’d think. If you tell other people that God doesn’t love them that’s where you’re in a bad place.

I’ve had this explained to me as a lack of trust on my part, as well as limited perspective on present ill vs future glory. If “now” is bad and makes me think God doesn’t love me, it’s my fault for not trusting Him that a better future is coming and what I have now is something he is at worst permitting, and at best directly willing, that a greater good may come of it. I have difficulty with this because I didn’t choose my limited perspective, God did, and trusting a silent God who I cannot love without that He first prompt me to do so, leaves me at something of a loss with respect to causality and where my responsibility really ought to start and stop.

Also Richard may be choking on an apple and need an emergency vet.

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

    Matthew 5:10

i find some of the timing in these interesting.
and this does fit in some respects.
the right will be persecuted from here on out.
our beliefs have been sneered at and looked down on as far back as i remember.
we are now openly scorned – soon we will be banned.

Raquel Rodriguez, the ballot harvester in TX, bragging to Project Veritas undercover, has been arrested by the TX AG for voter fraud.
Said she had 7000 ballots all ready…

Sure puts a hole in the claim there was no fraud, huh Botox Rictorous?

  136. Comment by beasn on January 13, 2021 9:01 pm

Thing about that, jam, we’re told to suck up all that persecution and pain because if you believe, you gotta wait for the good stuff after you ded. Why can’t now be free from persecuting a-holes? Jesus turned over some tables…why would it be wrong for us to do similar?

Newhouse is in my district. He’s a mealy mouth RINO. He thought Hillary should win. The problem we have is Wa is it’s a top two open primary. So if you run a strong conservative against him you will end up with two republicans on the ballot. Then the Dems and the RINO vote together and beat the conservative. If you end up with a Dem candidate and our current RINO you have the option of voting for the DEM or the RINO. This time I’ll vote for anyone but the RINO even if it’s the DEM just to be rid of the bastard.

  142. Comment by Thermadin on January 13, 2021 11:49 pm

Oh and this district went for trump by around 10 points. This isn’t the west side. King county were Seattle is went 75% for Biden. That swings the whole state. No fraud either. My wife’s beautician got 13 mail in ballots.

  151. Comment by Jimbro on January 14, 2021 7:42 am

The story I linked at 4:58 is from yet another site I’ve never heard of before it was linked from elsewhere. Lot of that happening lately. Linking him as a failure for not protecting Steve Scalise is a bit of a stretch unless he was told there was a gunman and hid rather than protecting his charges. IIRC the guy shot from a distance so it’s hard to pin that on him.

The rest of it is scary. A guy who trained to become a gym teacher and openly supports BLM, despises Trump voters and is somehow a cop has killed an unarmed combat veteran of another race and gender and the DC laws put in place during the BLM riots that were designed to name and shame cops don’t apply to him somehow.

    Sigh

  152. Comment by Jimbro on January 14, 2021 7:49 am

I alternate between believing that Trump has one more trick up his sleeve to accepting the reality that our country is seriously broken. The comments at a lot of sites combine a lot of signs, rumors, circumstances, etc to give me hope that something big is coming (the ones that call martial law “Marshall Law” are less inspiring). On the other hand, I’ve been waiting for the Big Reveal for years and haven’t seen squat. My faith in the GOPe is long gone.

    Sigh II

There is a LOT of garbage out there. My IRL friends send a lot to me (to ask me if its true) and I tell them to ignore it. ZUCKERBERG ARRESTED FOR TREASON. Yea, probably not. That was the latest one.

  155. Comment by Car in on January 14, 2021 7:52 am

I think it is intended to add to the noise, so they can further de-legitimize claims of voter fraud and insure that it doesn’t get investigated.

  156. Comment by Jimbro on January 14, 2021 7:56 am

Good point. There’s a lot of fake news out there on both sides and half of it is probably from the letter agencies

  157. Comment by Car in on January 14, 2021 7:58 am

Ad of faceborg for classes to learn how to sign. Why? So you can get a useless job as one of those sign language people at government press conferences. Which are COMPLETELY unnecessary since we have the magic of closed captioning.
