  6. No n00din’ mofo…

  7. MI won’t work, then. It’s cold and we get the occasional twister. OTOH, in 44 years, I’m yet to even see a funnel cloud.

  8. Beth is the right level of evil. She has to be.

  9. leon, I was five when I saw my first full on white tornado in Michigan.

  13. White Castle is also racist — https://youtu.be/hdWxo3e3Kzk

  14. Well, I tried watching that clip of Michelle Malkin featured at AOS. She’s against Dave Rubin, Charlie Kirk, calling them open borders? What happened to her? Shapiro is a dick sometimes, yes, but totally wrong?

  15. Heh, Rip killing everyone is true.

So you think the jamie baby sterilized her? Interesting twist, but would definitely explain the animosity she has for Jamie.

  16. Malkin on AoS

Like Coulter, she needs to be the focus of attention.

  20. yeah, noticed Ann Coulter is doing the same thing

  21. “Consider the case of Alexandra Duncan and her would-be novel “Ember Days.” The book was all set to be published by Greenwillow, an imprint of HarperCollins, when the author withdrew it. The problem? Parts of the book were written from the point of view of a black American, a person of Gullah heritage, from the Georgia and South Carolina Low Country—and Ms. Duncan is white.

The book’s prepublication description led some of the novelist’s online acquaintances to question the propriety of a white woman writing from the perspective of a black American, and so she decided to cancel the book.

“My own limited worldview as a white person,” Ms. Duncan wrote in a statement, “led me to think I could responsibly depict a character from this [Gullah] culture. Clearly, the fact that I did not see the signs of the problem with my book’s premise . . . is evidence that I was not the right person to try to tell this story. I am deeply ashamed to have made a mistake of this magnitude.”

From the WSJ, article called “Self-Cancel Culture” probably behind the paywall.

White woman can’t write about Black culture. OK, but only if black people can’t write about whites, men about women, Asians about Hispanics, Muslims about Christians, etc., which is ridiculous. Artists, including authors, are known for flouting conventional rules and pushing boundaries. Sometimes it’s utter crap but occasionally a work of beauty is created that we can all appreciate.

    We live in stupid times
